I ordered a product from IGIA, Part of my order included a free trail membership to Galleria USA which was supposed to be sent to me along with my IGIA Order. Igia Never sent my order. 4 months later I canceled my Igia order for the product that I ordered because Igia did not have the product available and never sent me anything at all.

Gallereia USA never sent me anything at all.

Galleria USA began billing my card 30 days after I placed the Igia order. Galleria USA obtained my credit card number through a third party...being igia.

Galleria billed my card $14.95 a month for the past 10 months. Unpon discovering the charges I canceled the card, filed a dispute for those transactions and contacted Galleria USA and spoke to Alexandria ID NO 25461 and she refunded me one payment of $14.95 and transfered my call to Chris ID NO 14833 who refunded me another $14.95 for a grand total refund of $29.90 out of the $149.50 which I was charged for services which they negligently failed to provide me accesss to.

Chris #14833 told me that Galleria USA has an absolute no refund policy and I should have known that. I asked how could I have known that if they did not provide me that information. All I have been told is that they are "sorry, we dont have any good news for you"

I am going to pursure this matter with the BetterBB also and file a police report against Galleria Usa and I will also be filing a police report against Igia, Reporting this matter with Igia here and with the BetterBB as well.

This matter WILL be resolved and I wont go away until my hard earned remaining $119.60 is returned to me.
