On Oct 5th 2009 I was checking my checking acct and noticed 5 transactions pending from the apple.com online store. I contacted their customer service area and advz them these were fradulent charges, over 1800 dollars and not to process the charges. After speaking to several agents I was told that I would have to wait until the shipment was returned from the fed x truck to have the money re applied(credit) back to my checking acct. My banks manager also spoke to them and requested the transactions be pulled back. On Oct 7th I spoke to a Jason at apple and he informed me that the transactions were pulled back. As of today Oct 13 there is still a processed transaction on my checking acct for 348.79 that they have not processed as a return credit. I spoke to Jessica a customer service resp for Apple and she told me they processed the return this morning. I would not take that for an ans since I was tld this last week. I then contacted customer relations and spoke to a Carol, whom contact my bank Regions and Also their financial dept, where there I spoke to a Shawn. He advz me he put in the return as we were speaking. I ask him why I was told by Jessica in customer service it was done this morning. He could not ans me. As of today, I have not recvd the crdit of 348.79 back to my checking acct. and the bank is holding up from crediting my acct over 135.00 in NSF charges due to the lack of corroperation from Apple. I would suggest to anyone out there do not support this company and do any online orders, because you will have to fight to get your money back rather it is fraud related or any sort of problem with the order. I dont understand why a multi million dollar compnay does this to customers and are not willing to reward them with some kind of reward for what has happened, knowing that this was fraud and they are making me suffer because of their error in processing a fraud order.
