What a rip off. when I made payments on time on line they not only doubled charged the fee, but, also charged late payment fee and with that and the fees each month I was also overlimt after the frist 6months I tried to resolve this and never got any where, I proved payment were never late, and was always at least $10.00 over minium payment. But, they told me there records showed something completly differnt. I quit paying completly after that, and the account has been with 4 differnt collection agencies in the past 4 months and everytime I hear from the collection company I sent them every piece of mail , email faxes that have been going on between Applied bank and myself, And I hear nothing from the collection agency again or at least not the same one. I have filed a dispute on my credit report and added my reason for not paying to each (3) REPORTS that applied has put on my report. I dont think the dispute does any good because all I ever see is the report saying verfied.
The last dispute I requested proof of debt. Will see what I get from that. Its been 22 days so far and no response. only 8 more days before it has to be removed for no response from creditor. Hopefully They won't respond and I can have it removed. But, I am not paying them another dime until they remove the wrongful charges.
