APX ALARM MISREPRESENTED CONTRACT - DISHONEST EMPLOYEES - SCARE TASTICS - SCAM ON INNOCENT CONSUMERS Internet
APX ALARM CO. Came to my home to sell alarm system, I told them I was not interested and day after day they would come back, I guess then is when they decided to use the scare tastics and dishonesty.They came into my home and was misleading and untruthful, they told me of untrue break - ins in my neighborhood,people getting robbed at gun point etc.
In todays world it is beyond me why this company would not disclose that if someone has digital phone this system would not work. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Not to mention that the alarm never ever worked,after numerous phone calls for technical support I called and told them to come disconnect and pick up there equipment and I was told they could not do that because I had signed a 5 year contract and as far as fixing the alarm they were not sure when someone could come out because they did not have a branch for APX Alarm in Michigan.
The evening the alarm was installed I was asked to sign contract I told them I wanted to read it over,they told me just sign here it was just a standard contract that I could cancel at any given time and by this time I WAS SCARED TO DEATH FROM ALL THE FALSE THINGS THEY TOLD ME.Did I mention I am 64 year old woman on social security and disability and this company has taken advantage of another eldery lady due to there scare tastics that never could actually afford system in the first place.I do not think this company should beable to do this to innocent people.SHAME SHAME SHAME
