These people scammed me and took full advantage they are nice for the first 3 days because you still have time to out the contract but after the 3 days they do not care about anything you have to say or any problems there rep mis lead me and said my windows were protected showed me how to by pass them and everything. come to find out not even 1 of my windows were protected the only reason I ever considered this was because i have a 6 month old and a 2 year old and they are starting to sleep in there own rooms and I wanted to feel safe at night while my children were asleep some one could not come in the windows I specifically told Brad Royal (APX rep) this was my biggest concern he also told me there was no activation fee it was for my remote so i agreed come to find out nope it was an activation fee when I called the people they offered to give me a free month mind you this was in my 3 days when they cared. Then he also told me if I chose to stay with the company they would not up my fees for 60 months but he said if i chose NOT i had to. its been 3 weeks now and the worse 3 weeks of my life I HATE THEM!! And all they will say is you signed the papers owell. so in all reality only my doors into the house have any security and when do burglars break in through your front door they are rude, un organized and already had 936 complaints to the BBB in the last 36 months. WOW! and when I informed the supervisor of this all he could say was you signed the contract if brad lied to you or not. and they have over 400,000 consumers. OK what about Brinks and ADT have way more consumers and the most out of 10 companies I looked at only had 4 if not any complaints. DO NOT FALL IN TO THERE TRICKS. They re word everything so it sounds good but its CRAP!!
