AQUA POOL AND SPA, RIPPED US OFF AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK. THEY ARE TOTAL FRAUDS & I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL THEY GET WHAT THEY DESERVE. THEY PROMISED THE WORLD AND BURNED US.THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING COLLECTING MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS UP UNTIL THE DAY THEY CLOSED.CRIMINAL CHARGES ARE GOING TO BE FILED AGAINST THEM, WE ARE WORKING CLOSLEY WITH THE DISTRUCT ATTORNEY AND THE CALIFORNIA STATE CONTRACTORS BOARD.

THEY ARE CURRENTLY OVER 120 COMPLAINTS AGAINST AQUA AT THE STATE CONTRACTORS BOARD TO DATE SO THEY ARE IN HUGE TROBLE, AND THEY DESERVE WHAT THEY GET.

THEY ALSO TRIED TO FILE FOR A NEW LICENCE UNDER A NEW NAME ( NICE TRY AQUA) TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO CLOSING. THE STATE CONTRACTORS BOARD WAS ALREADY INVESTIGATING THEM AND PUT A FREEZE ON THE NEW APPLICATION FOR A NEW LICENCE. GREG WHITLEY WAS ON THE NEW APPLICATION WHO WAS RICHARD TOWNSEND SON IN LAW AND 2ND IN COMMAND AT AQUA, WHAT A COINCIDENCE!!!
