I hired this company which is owned and operated by one person, Mark Zweig. I live in Boca Raton, FL and my swimming pool has never had any problems until my old pool service company was sold and no longer could service my pool. I searched on Google and contacted AquaBlue Pool & Spa Services. When he came out, I already had a bad feeling. He kept talking non-stop and seemed to be very dishoveled. He charged me $40 for the initial treatment (which is double what a regular weekly treatment is) but I agreed since there were a lot of leaves in the pool after a storm. He then said it would be $93 a month for weekly service. I agreed, which is what I was paying before. I became uneasy when he asked me for "any sort of money now.." because he said he really needed the money because he had been burned by some people. I wrote him a check for $133 covering the initial cleanup plus the whole month of September. [continued below]....

..... In the week after the initial "treatment" the pool got worse and worse. When he came the following week (a day later than scheduled) he seemed like he didn't know what he was doing. He also had a very strong smell of alcohol and wouldn't stop rambling. I asked him a few basic questions of which I knew the answers to, and he was completely dumbfounded. This guy is in no way a professional!! He ended up leaving saying he was going to bring back a new filter for the pool and told me to cancel the one I had on order from somewhere else. He seemed to become more agitated with the cleaning out of nowhere and abruptly left only saying "well, this has been an adventure". And that was the last time I saw him. I called him everyday there after to see what was going on and he didn't return any calls or messages and started hanging up on me after answering. I paid him in advance for services he did not render. And what he did try to do made everything worse. DO NOT USE OR CONTRACT AQUABLUE POOL SERVICES. Have one conversation with the man and you will know what I mean.
