ARC Community Mobile Home parks are a complete fraud they lie and bait all their residents into a rental that is never repaired to state code. The management mistreats residents places fear in you for making a verbal complaint that will produce work for them. I'm a resident well I guess I was I lived in this community since age 5 1987. My mother moved here when it was Chateau Torrey Hills that's when it was ran properly and was an actual community. I committed a felony in 2002 when Chateau still was in ownership and I came home in 2007 when ARC was in ownership. Never resided no where else my taxes, court records, driver's license, parole papers all come to the same street that it has been coming to for years. Other residents know me from when I had the paper route as a little boy but since 6/6/11 when I been back home for 4 years with no problems finally got fed up with park appearance and staff failing to comply with their own park rules I guess cause my mother never signed a lease with ARC and never signed for new rules or even was issued any you only know of rules when they print out the rule you violate and post it on your car windshield like the coward crooks they are. I went to the office and spoke with Deborah the park manager and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL might I add one of the most rude individuals I have ever seen and heartless. I asked her about my grandmother tree stump across the street that had been reported (7) times in (5) months when it was gonna get cut down and what it took to get her to do her job to make the park look better and all I got was "Are you over the age of 18"? I say" Take a guess what does it look like"? She then states "Your over 18you need to sign a lease"???? I say "I been here since age 5 never lived anywhere only when I was incarcerated for 5 years and you guys didn't even own this when I left and I been back home here with my mom for (4) years you wave at me and say hi from time to time I bring the lot rent up here" She has complete amnesia cause I'm making a proper appropriate complaint that she know she's been avoiding and spinning us my family for months on. She then states"Your not even a resident here you need to fill out a application for residency"?? WTF??? I then state "I been here my whole life are you kidding me'? So my mother receives a notice that I have to be added so I call an attorney who advises me to do it and I do then she runs a background check on me already had prior knowledge I was a felon she is now evicting me cause I certified mailed corporate about her negligence to perform her duties and her failure to remain professional and a complaint to Michigan Manufacturing Housing Commission. ARC lies and they stick together from management to district manager all they way to Denver,CO to corporate. I've had to contact the attorney general, aclu, naacp and a lawyer on this as of now I have till 7/10/11 to find a home or I'm homeless until court proceedings because I made a complaint so if think ARC is where you wanna stay I would seriously rethink that decision I haven't committed a crime or broke any law since 2002 and now I'm being banished from my childhood and she says I can't even come back in the park to visit my mother or she's evicting her and I have a sickly elderly grandmother I care for across the street just heartless people not to mention my mother just put $800 in her under carriage from are horrible roads in here you have to zig zag to your house I'm getting things done but now I have to fight for my residency for no reason because management wants to place fear in someone who knows how to make things get done through the proper channels. SEE YOU IN COURT ARC I'm now filing (3) lawsuits discrimination on my age, race another one on slander of character I can't even sleep or eat ARC IS A FRAUD!!!! They will lie to you and in will never do as they say and management is VERY VERY RUDE!
