I moved into Tanglewood Mobile home park owned and managed by ARC June 2012 with a 1 yr lease.  I explained when looking for a mobile home I have major health issues and required a stressfree and relaxing atmosphere and an area for gardening a must. This mobile home had a cute sun lit garden area with garden fencing all around. Dirt inside the barrier. I thought it would be perfect. When I moved in found 1 toilet constantly ran. there was an electrical issue involving overhead lights and nearly destroyed my tiller in the garden and was outraged when I found inside the barrier was a thin layer of dirt covering concrete. This is the only sunny spot in the whole lot.

MGMT said I cannot even hire someone to remove this as I believed unneeded slab. We got a new manager in August. September he tried to spike my bill up in a major way. I pay $ 650 a month for rent I also pay for water trash and septic. [continued below]....
.....  My September bill was more than 1200 total and I was told it was due to water. We didnt own a washer dryer garden lawn or anything of the such.
I did complain through their website email address and it was fixed but not without harrassment from the new mgr Andrew.  Andrew then insisted as a renter I have to have inspections every 2 to 3 months of my residence and if its not clean (no normal wear and tear on carpets) he could evict us however we could buy the place for $20,000 and there would be no inspections so we wouldnt have to worry about any evictions and our lifestyle becomes non of his business.
There is a firm policy against pit bulls yet he had control of his girlfriends pit bull inside this park and it nearly attacked another residents mom who was visiting for Halloween.
I have had major issues with neighbors vandelizing my property. We are not allowed any fences on our lots to prevent issues.  Since October I have had 2 bar stools which were outside so I can sit on my lot in fresh air severely broken I have had animal feces and mudd poured all over the back of my car. I have had tires slashed, I have had wires for my brake lights cut this is a 96 Land Rover Discovery parts and repairs arent cheap. I have had 1 cat suffer injury to its eye cause neighbors brag theyve been shooting my cats with a pellet rifle. I have had objects such as beer bottles thrown to my br window denting the screen frame.  I have had total harrassment from these people  who have done all this damage and more including having their son punch my daughter in the face on the way home from the bus stop smack a broom stick into the rear of my car while I was outside I have called Police repeatedly and they say unless I catch them on video or picture they cant do anything. I have complained to Andrew repeatedly he says hes not a peace keeper if I continue to complain about them or call police on them I will be evicted. Every inspection he enters my trailer and uses it as an opportunity to harrass me into purchasing the trailer. He at 1 point said the carpets must remain perfectly brand new shape during the time I reside here and at time we move out and they arent in that shape so your not going to get your security deposit back however if you were to buy the trailer your deposit would go towards your down payment and you wouldnt lose any money. I have spoke to others who are low income who say they never get this inspection and I am not low income my rent comes from my husbands job as a truck driver I believe he is being selective due to the income factors. Ppl on assistance cant afford to buy their trailer so they dont get harrassed.  Also I looked it up online the physical assessment hasnt been done for a few yrs and bases the mobile home and lot together with a small shed which is no longer present to be $16,900 and was told someone will be out during the month to provide me 2 assessments a complete and the trailer itself so we will know the correct value of this pos The floor in the master bathroom is collapsing. Its a 2002 with no warrenty  I could go to Cleveland homes and get a new one for the same ammount with a full warranty. The neighbors I have trouble with have trouble with alot of people in this community for 1 they are extremely racist and raise the children to be outward racist. They start fights with the black residents and then complain about them in attempt to have them evicted because they want this to become an all white community.  The 12 yr old daughter has went inside a mobile home as she claimed to see a friend a girl while there on multiple occations she attempted to rape the girls 11 and 13 yr old brothers forcing them down on their beds and trying to do nasty things to them. The mom deliberately threatened to run over a child who was black at the bus stop by the office when confronted she said oh well there would have been 1 less n in the world.   I have asked to be moved to another trailer just to get away from these neighbors and was told I could only move to a trailer which would cost us more it had to be an upgraded trailer couldnt be an even deal I would need to come up with more security.

I know tenent laws. I know I have the right to full enjoyment of my rented property. If my landlord is invading my privacy every couple months for so called inspections I have neighbors tormenting harrassing everyone in our home using pysical violence on members of my household and vandalizing my property on a constant basis I cant enjoy any part of this property I have to live completely guarded from their next attack I fear even going anywhere because I might not have a home to come back to. Also when a landlord pressures a tenant into purchasing their home by intimidation and harrassment is also illegal. I know that everything wrong with the property must be disclosed prior to lease signing and it was never disclosed that in 2010 a 17 yr old girl was murdered in the trailer I am currently renting. It was also never disclosed that immediately after that murder the carpets were changed and have not been changed since and there have been several tenants between the murder and our lease signing. The carpet had wear and some pink stains when we moved in.

This place is dispicable I am sorry I ever moved here. I am looking to move right now. I hate having to move my daughter to another school in the middle of the yr but if thats what it takes. My health cannot handle this anymore. If I stay I will most likely have a hemorgic stroke cause 1 of my conditions is an anurysm in my brain which is a bubble in 1 of my blood vessles and it could pop creating a tear in the vessle damage would be unrepairable and I would die.
