A company calls Ardyss International, located in Mexico.  This company sells reshaping garment that a lot of women as well as Men order to hold their stomach in underneath their cloth for a slimmer look, if you will.  Its a great product and there are a lot of dealers that sells this product because its a very popular item.

 Well, the first time I order this product, it took forever to get it at lease 6 weeks and then I was told the color I ordered was not available after waiting 3 weeks. So I finally got the garment and it worked perfectly. The second order I decided to place it through the company directly and OMG, the services was absolutely unreal. I place my order for a black garment again and it didn't take as long to receive it, but I was sent the white garment and learned that it was another person's order. [continued below]....
.....  I called and got an individual whom I couldn't understand and basically told me that they apologize for that error, but that they would send me the correct color garment as soon as they get the color in. I never received it, so I just decided to keep the white garment.
                           

 The garment lasted me for a year and it was time for me to order another because it needed to be replaced and I decided I would places an order online.  I was very careful to make sure I place the order correctly because I know the trouble had with this company in the past. I followed up with a phone call to the company to insure my order was correct and the representative verified that it was correct.  I ordered a black garment in size medium and received an extra, extra, small which will not work for me.  When realized the order was incorrect, I called several eight hundred numbers from their web site, which I got no one and finally got a number that said they were closed.  The next morning, I was able to actually speak to a person and the person was downright rude!!!!   I then asked for his supervisor, who identified himself as Don, Id # 7707. I am so angry by now and could not believe what I was hearing from the supervisor. I tried very hard to maintain my level of professionalism about this situation. But he tells me, he is sorry but the order was placed for an extra, extra small and he says, we will not change the item, maybe you can sell it because it was not our mistake.  Seriously!!!! I have never in my life been able to wear an extra, extra, small and unmistakable, know I placed the order for a medium.   I have never in my life had to deal with such unprofessionalism.

 So put the word out, if you choose to order from this company, be aware that they have no professional courtesy and customer services skills, to say the lease, and they do not try to satisfy their customer's complaints. 

Clearly, if I spend my money on a product, I expect to get what I order and not what they feel I should have and I am sure all of you out there in consumer's land feel the same way.

NO resolution here

AUTHOR: Not treated like a queen - ()

Be cautious in ordering and dealing with compliance.  They were told of my missing two shipments of products last year that were returned to their warehouse..and I have yet to be refunded the $200+!

In fact compliance said it was looked into and closed the case...pretty much saying..we don't care...kiss off!

Hello :

THIS IS NOT A LETTER OF COMPLAINTS BUT INFO:

I did receive a refund for the product I bought from ARYDYSS and I am thankful for that.  However, I am afraid to place another order with them because I had such a bad experience with that order.  Being told by the manager to sell the product and that I can not get a refund was devistating to me and certainly not good business practice.

The item obviously is a great product and many people buy and use it on a regular basis.  The product takes care of the minor aggravating little imperfections women as well as some men have in the stomach area and this is why I loved the product. 

I would like to order another product in the color "black", not white and have it delivered to me in the correct size of a medium not small.  So my questions to you is if I place an order through the company directly as I did before, can I get the product I ordered and not a product that is in stock that they will send me just to satify an order?  Or please give me a phone number of a dealer near me that I can order the product through and get what I ordered at the same price I see online.

Good afternoon. Ardyss International Inc. "Ardyss" would like to reach out to you concerning this report.  Ardyss does provide its Distributors and Retail Customers a satisfaction guarantee and this should be included in every package insert with your product.  

If you are an Independent Wholesale Distributor the guarantee is as follows:
Ardyss guarantees that all products purchased by its Wholesale Distributors will be free from any manufacturing defect. Any defective product will be immediately replaced by similar product upon return to Ardyss. This default warranty applies to a problem of origin, not by improper use of the product. All nutritional and cosmetic sales are final and these products may not be exchanged due to health and safety concerns. Ardyss will allow exchanges on all garments provided they are returned to Ardyss in thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the order and the garments are returned in salable or perfect condition. Wholesale Distributor returns are subject to the Ardyss exchange policy. This policy is located at all times under references in the Distributors back office.

If you are a Retail Customer the guarantee is as follows:
Ardyss guarantees the quality of any product which carries the Ardyss name and certifies that the products manufactured for it meet high standards of freshness and quality for our Retail Customers use. We are confident that our Retail Customers will find our products satisfactory in every way. Simply request an exchange or refund from your Distributor within thirty (30) days from your receipt of the product, if the Distributor is no longer active, by contacting Arydss Distributor Support Services at 1.8555-ARDYSS (273977); proof of sales transaction will be required. This guarantee is limited only by the terms of certain warranties attached to or packaged with products and does not apply to any product intentionally damaged or misused. All products must be returned in salable or perfect condition.

If either of the above guarantees mentioned were not honored based on our relationship with you (Distributor vs. Retail Customer), please contact our Compliance Department at compliance@ardyss.com or contact the corporate office at (702) 407-1751, ex. 2010.
