if anyone out there had any problem with refiance home mortgage?
My experience is one to never forget with AFCU.

1. Showning no interest in communication after I closed on my loan
2. Phone calls went unanswer- only voice mail and no return  phone calls
3. I call 3 weeks after I closed to see who own the loan and who I was to pay month payment
4. Went to AFCU IN JACKSONVILLE DID GET A CHANCE TO SPEAK TO LOAN PERSON WHO WAS SOME TREATED OTHER THEN A MEMBER AS IF I WAS A TOTAL STRANGER. After I gave her information she mail tme wrong coupon monthly payment as to what I sign at closing mortgage loan
5. Filed complaint with board of director and met with ceo and other's. I got a apology memo in the mail and was advised By CEO a follow up on mortgage and get back with me.
He did and I was mailed new owner address and phone number.  I was advised to mail my first payment to new owner
I call new owner and was advised they do not own my loan and I could not make payment until they sign off on loan= and didn't know the date
I was advised to call AFCU to get new instruction on first month payment until loan is sold
I call and person advised she would call me. [continued below]....
..... A call was made I was advised to pay AFCU unitl further noticed of hear from new loan company
BeforeI was happy with AFCU. During this refinance I don't know I would use the mortgage department again ever.  I am still member with lot's of thoughts  I read online about credit union stating if you are not happy you can always leave. Not all credit union are equal offering good services .

This is my experience and I am DAV veteran in good standing- high credit scores. My feeling is I was treated inferior. As an African American- Military Honorable.

 MISTREATED OF BE BLACK ARKANSAS NOT FRIEND TO BLACK MEMBERS I was mistreated after I refinance my va mortgage loan. I am leaving opening new bank account. I am continue legal action pending my fair housing complant with EEO commission. I do not want to do busniness with Arkansas FCU I am not appreciated I plan to leave my account open until my complaint is resovled

This could take a while You know how the government work with sequestor Leaning heavey these these days of our lives Smile

 ¶ I disagree with the round off fee to my $816.22  to $817.00 I want it take away.. My escrow account by chase is taking enough out to pay my insurance. There is no reason for this since you are selling my loan anyway. My insurance date 10/12/ 2013. The amount have not increase for you to add this fee. This is highly wrong and  discriminatory practice you who in agreement with this fees I discuss with you and you stated you round off all va loan's  I discuss the memo date April 18 2013 instructed to make may 1 2013 payment to gateway and you stated you were thinking it would be sold may 1 2013.  You continue to say you sell bundle loan not just mines...reason it is taking this long  but didn't say why you mailed me wrong information that could have cause delay or late charges to my mortgage payment for may as to memo you instruct you executive secretary to fax me. I discuss this with her Wednesday 5/15/2013 She stated my loan not been handler orderly. I agreed

Phone call  to mortgage department still un answer. I leave voice mail and no return call seek information about my loan. Tuesday May 14 2013 I received the new payment amount that I am in disagreement over. Driving to Jacksonville Ar off marshall Rd asking to speak to someone in the mortgage department and was sent to you with out my knowledge was showing respect to me. The meeting we had I thought you took care of this. I mention this and you offer no reply Tuesday May 14 2013 I have tried to work with you without further effort on my own seeking timely help information about my loan. You tell me one thing and do another thing I understand why you are doing this. I am still un happy the way my loan is hander after closing with the credit union as and african american disabled veterans.  I discuss this with Ms Donna Lewis I hope she share my dismay with the customer services I am getting. I feel the credit do not care about it's black customer. I saw white customer's getting seen by the mortgage employee at the front. I want the same treatment from them. I am to advised you I am seeking outside help until you get the message I am serious and want to be treated fair as a member rights to fair housing loan with this afcu  and by you ratter then you covering for your employees disparity treatment and no providing me  or refusing information about my loan timely and me having to making un answer phone. I advised you a memo should been re mail me instruction to continue to mail payment to credit union until loan is sold instead I had to call your office and you tell stephanie to tell to pay gateway. I had to re call donna lewis who was out for lunch about this issue and she told me she would check it out and will call me back she did in 25 minutes to make payment of credit union and by email

 I am in processing filing a complaint with Department Of Veterans Loan Administration on disparity treatment and the handler of my VA LOAN. I WILL FOLLOW UP WHEN A DECISION IS REACH

 Phone calls still goes unanswer  on my existing loan.

Requesting a  meeting is  helpful. If anyone having problem remember to request meeting with the CEO OF BOARD OF DIRECTOR'S. Phone  call  continue  unanswer- only getting voice mail and no return  phone calls. This is a real problem with this arkansas federal credit union. I have to drive  to Bank on Marschall Rd Jacksonville Ark. seeking a real person to talk to about my mortgage loan

I have to continue to drive to the bank to get help. when you call asked  to speak to mortgage department you are forward to voice mail. I continue to leave my phone number and name and no one call me back.

It is been sold I can't wait and pray the new bank lender won't be like this one --AFCU
