A.R.M. solutions Hollywood Video False debt collections Camarillo, California

Got a phone call from A.R.M. Solutions. They said they were trying to collect a debt on behalf of

Hollywood Video. They said I owed around $92.00 for late fee for four or five videos.  I had the Hollywood Video Power play membership and there weren't supposed to be any late fees associated with that type of account.  Plus I had accumulated a Points that were supposed to be good towards rentals before they went out of business and was reimbursed for that, the way I see It the y actually owed me money I had enough points for around 20 rentals when the closed their doors. I never got any reimbursement for that. Shady business trying to collect on some made up debt when the company closed their doors owing me services yet to be rendered. where's my money?
