Called them for repairing my dishwasher, said they would send someone out. Never showed up and had to reschedule for another day, service yech showed up late, end of day. Stayed 5-10 minuets tops, said it was the water pump and told me to order part and they would come back to fix the dishwasher.
Called Friday at 12:30, two days later and told them I had the part. Was told by the service manager they would be out
between 4 and 6pm that day to install. Never showed up and never called me back.
Next day saturday , I was scheduled for morning service 9:00am to 12:00 noon. Never showed up, never called me back
and had to keep calling them. Service tech shows up at 6:30 pm and spends most his short time on the phone and tells
me that the 1/4" hardwood flooring is obstructing him and he can't work on it.
Sunday, no returns calls, no scheduled appointment- I am out $50,00 to these rip-off a*******
