i'm being suet by this company call Arrow financial services. I just recieved a letter from the court has stamp on it within a 30 day Calendar days after this summons and legal papers are served on you to file a written response court and have a copy served on the plaintiff. so don't know what to do at this point. why this company suing me for what reason? they state that last for years i own by care credit, open book account and they delivery merchandise and i did not make agreement payment for the merchandise. I'n don't have anything that own from financial services. what merchandise they are talking about? i never order anything that they state. what should i do to response to court? I had been check on my credit file last 2 years I saw arrow financial services on my credit report then i dispute and now still send me a coplaint. i just want to how do i contact with this company? why they herassing me? even my name they spell my name wrong. please help me to take care of this issue.
