I was a female driver that worked for Arrow Trucking for over a year 2007/2008 i never had a accident or ticket i took care of my truck and my load very well, Weel enough for them to want me to become a trainer, but that was something i did not want to do,

  well to get to the point after i turned down the offer of trainer i had nothing but problems from my terminal manager Karla and Mick my driver manager, but i still did my job because i liked it,

i started haveing problems with my fifth wheel and the fact that i could not release it alone it would not open all the way or close all the way,i refused to pick up a load till it was repaired or fixed, and i was fired for refuseing to pick the load up, now i know i am a lady but that does not for one minute mean i am stupid i do know that my fifth wheel was not DOT acceptable, i tried and tried to reach dave turner and i could never get him on the phone, i wish i had done the right thing and gone to DOT with this problem because there are a few other companies out there that are just like this because they know we as drivers will do everything we can because we need to work and pay our bills to,

i feel for every driver out there that ever worked for ARROW TRUCKING  we worked for little pay for bad people in mostly bad trucks, i let them slide guys dont you do it too
