We pulled your posted resume with respect to our Local Account Manager employment opportunity, and do feel as though your qualifications could fit into our success as a company. We are doing interviews this week, Thomas, and are very interested in discussing what you can contribute to our team and how we envision incorporating your experience into our overall plan. If you are interested in being a part of our continued growth and success; then please call Monday or Tuesday to set up an interview. Interviews will be held on Wednesday and Thursday of this week.
A. S. Marketing is a privately held company specializing in products with school and teams in local areas. We are in 14 states and growing! Our account base ranges from the high schools, colleges, universities; all the way up to the semi-pro and professional teams. Our in house designed and published products include: media guides, programs, sports posters, game tickets, banners, pocket schedules, coupon books, and student cards.
The newest sector of our company is focused primarily on fund raising with the
schools through the partnering with various booster clubs and fund raising organizations driving revenues for these local schools. What makes us different
then another marketing or promotional company is that we are giving all of our products completely free of charge to the school therefore our sponsors cover
the entire cost for the schools.
As an Account Manager for A. S. Marketing your responsibilities Thomas would include: sales, customer service, account management, public relations, as well as new business development. Our regional managers have developed your local territory, so you would take over existing accounts, maintain a book of business but of course grow the market. This position not only requires contact with our schools and teams but also to their sponsors whom are incurring the cost for our product development.
Some of our current sponsors for our existing accounts include: Russell Athletics, Under Armour, Papa-Johns Pizza, Subway, Quizno's, Pepsi, Honda, and Bank of America (just to name a few). As well as more localized companies such as hospitals, car dealerships, restaurants, and other independently owned and operated businesses.
We have put together a compensation package which includes a base salary plus
commission, based on a quota system. Our average account executive will make 50k-55k their first year, although we certainly do have first year representatives that are exceeding our quotas and making closer to 75k to 80k+ but that is above average. This package does include medical benefits and a retirement plan in addition to the compensation.
So if our career overview interests you, and you feel as though you can contribute to our continued growth please call to set up an interview (Monday or Tuesday). We have not posted this position, we hand-picked our candidates from your work experience, location, and posted resume. We would not have contacted you, Thomas, if you did not meet our qualifications. Keep in mind we have a regional office in Riverside (we are in 14 states total), but the position we are filling is more localized.
We have regional managers available at the number below for more information when you call. Since we are a privately held company and we have licensed agreements with our schools and sponsors (with confidentiality clauses) you will not find a lot of public web information. Our company has an Intranet which has codes for our account representatives and customers with complete access to all of our account information. That is why it is easier to call for more details on our career opportunity, and we are very happy to answer any more questions you have before you come in!
We look forward to hearing from you!
