ASAP Motors And Transmission We purchased a transmission from company. Transmission was bad when we got it. Dina has lied and refused to warranty. When we tried to get her, was given run around until warranty was up. Need help in suing!!!! Houston Texas

Bought a transmission from this company Aug. 30, 2008. Found out it was bad when we had it put in. Just paid $2,000 to have fixed. Called company and was told don't worry you have six months for your warranty. We got the money and started calling them in Feb. before the 6 months was up. We were told we had to talked with the owner Dina. Kept getting run around trying to talk with her. Were told there would be no problem with the warranty since we contacted them before it was up but had to it cleared of sending it back with her. When we did reach Dina she said no warranty was up. This company is a fraud!!!! They need to go to jail. Just found out they have been doing this to other customers as well. What can we do? BBB does not help.

WATCH OUT SAME RIP OFF OWNERS AND EMPLOYEES JUST A NEW NAME TO HIDE FROM THE ATTORNEY GENERAL CONTACT SCOTT CLINTON WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE AND IF YOU HAVE NOT BOUGHT FROM THESE PEOPLE DONT THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU YOU WILL BE OUT ALOT OF MONEY AND THE JUNK YARD PART THEY SEND YOU WONT WORK THEY SAY THEY HAVE IT IN STOCK BUT THEY REALLY BUY FROM A LOCAL JUNK YARD THEY LIE TO EVERYONE

asap will rip you off what ever you will buy off them i work in ligit auto salvage yard and when they call me they would say oh pull the tags off so consumer wont know how many miles on them she will cheat you out of everything is can and she knows how long it takes to go to court so want to buy screw the broker go to the real deal the salvage yard

I heard her father died but it doenst matter read the Texas Attorney General Suite filed Scott is one of the owners and since Dina is not thier to be the front man for them when you get him he has to give you your money back he can not claim to know nothing belive me he knows about everything being done he is there everyday and besides its the law by the suite filed against them he has no choice these people use others to get around the suite if he takes the call no matter what I got my money back from her after weeks of trying to from Scott and getting the run around then I called the atty gen got dina and she refunded me Bob kenner, Louisiana

I have been trying to call Dina going on 3 weeks about my refund. No one seemed to know anything about it. I have gotten told she is out, on vacation blah blah blah. I asked Scott point blank and he said she has taken some time off and not sure when she will be back. Read between the lines she is gone! Scott promptly gave me my credit. Call and you will get help now WITHOUT taking any abuse.

I am an ex-employee of this company. They live to scam people out of their money. Almost everything that they tell you is a lie. EVERYTHING. I can also tell you that they have been hard to take down. Mainly because they have crafted their poicies so that by the time you realize you got ripped off you either are out of time or have already signed your rights away under some fine print. I can also tell you that Dina will respond to this and that she will say that I am lying or will lie or never worked there or someting along those lines. If you get something together or if you would like info on how they do it let me know.
