Purchased clock at ASC via website on 2/1/06. Received wrong wrong via UPS on 2/15/06. Contacted ASC on 2/16/06 and told them that they sent me the wrong clock. I ask for correct clock to be sent to me. They claim to have sent me correct clock which never arrived and supposedly was lost by UPS. I ask for another (correct) clock to be sent to me. ASC claims that they are out of stock on correct clock. I ask ASC to credit my credit card the purchase price w/shipping costs. ASC says they won't refund my money until they receive wrong clock back. They claim they will send me a UPS return label from their UPS account to return clock on 3/3/06. I never receive return label so I call ASC on 3/13/06 and they send out another return label. I never receive return label so I call ASC on 3/22/06 and they send out another return label which I receive on 3/29/06. UPS picks up package to be returned to ASC on 3/30/06. Per UPS package arrives in Sylva, North Carolina on 4/3/06 at 4:00 a.m. The package is then lost by UPS. Check out tracking # 1Z999A7X9051202790 at UPS.com. I contact UPS on 4/12/06 to find out why package was never delivered to ASC. They tell me that it's lost but it's insured and that ASC has to file a claim for a tracer & investigation on the package. I contact ASC to tell them to file a claim with UPS on the package. I ask them to credit my credit card the amount of $56.04 which is my purchase price plus shipping for the item I ordered on 2/1/06 & still never received 10 weeks later. They refuse to refund my money after never receiving correct item.
