Yes, I'm complaining about ASF International which I have had numerous contact with and nothing has been resolved. I was a member of Life Styles Fitness Center and I had received a call one year ago that my debit card would not go through. The call was from ASF which they told me I owed a balance and I paid the balance in Sept. 08 and cancelled the membership. I have not paid any other payments throughout the year. Life Styles has called me about 3 times to renew my membership and I have told them NO! August 31-09 I receive a statement that I owe money for three months because I did not cancel the membership and they have nothing in writing. I have sent to letters and a few phone calls and the matter is unsolved. I called and asked for Chris Peterson they will not let me talk to him only another supervisor. I sent Will Mc Donald a letter and have not heard from him either. The only letter is that I owe more charges and it will not be cancelled until I pay the balance which is about $135.00. I refuse to pay this because I'm not a member and it was cancelled and if they would check their records they would see I have not had a payment in over one year.
