As of today i will no longer take part in any businesses that use ASF International for their billing or contracts. I was told i have to move 25+ miles from the gym even though i live 50+ miles from the gym already.
Called to terminate my contract, she continued to state i need to move, since i added my current address on the contract that i have to show proof that a move toook place, the contract doesn't state i have to move during my membership. So now do i have to commit fraud and have someone add me to a fake utility bill they are paying or go through the hassle of forwarding all my mail to another residence?
This is obsurd. Hope no one else reads this after the fact of joining a gym or membership, its not OC Kickboxing fault but i doubt they never had a member come in pissed as i am going to do tonight here in Irvine CA.
Gym said the rep was out on break about 1hr ago, hate to be told he's on lunch that might be 3 hrs.
