I called and attempted to pay the actual principal balance and asked to negotiate the NSF fees down and I was refused. The fees more than 200% of the actual amount overdrawn. To make matters worse, even when this account was this far overdrawn, two additional transactions came through, they approved them, and they again charged the NSF fees.
They continued to refuse to negotiate a fair settlement and then put me in collections. Be very careful when dealing with them as a customer.
