ASJ Worldwide, Inc. Anthony Scott, Jr. chicago hip hop or nothing music showcase scam Oak Lawn, Illinois

I attended and paid $50 to audition for a Chicago Young Money Hip or Nothing Showcase on June 18, 2011 held by ASJ Worldwide (Anthony Scott, Jr.).  The "winner" was to have the chance to perform for Young Money, Maybach Music and other record labels at a showcase which was to be held on Saturday, July 23, 2011.  On June 25, 2011, I paid Anthony Scott, Jr. $150 to perform in the showcase.  When I got to the meeting on June 25, 2011, I found that there was not one winner, but several "winners" there to pay $150. 

Shortly after the meeting, I contacted the venue in which the showcase was suppose to take place, Dusable Museum in Chicago, IL, and found that ASJ Worldwide - Anthony Scott, Jr. did request the date of Saturday, July 23, for a showcase but did not pay the fee required to have any such event.  I contaced Mr. Scott and he informed me that the date was being pushed back due to the fact that Cory Gunz, a Young Money artist, could not attend the event since Lil' Wayne requested that he be on tour with him.  Since that day, I have not heard from Anthony Scott, Jr.  I have spoken to other artists that were suppose to be in the showcase and they have not heard from him either. 

I am constantly leaving messages for him to return my phone call and to refund me the money I paid for a showcase that never happened.  I have come to the conclusion that Mr. Anthony Scott, Jr. of ASJ Worldwide has taken my money and money from several other artists with the intentions of a scam.  Mr. Scott promised a showcase, took money from I do not know how many people, including myself, and did not provide the services in which the artists paid for.  I am currently reporting Anthony Scott, Jr. of ASJ Worldwide to as many as I can until I get the $200 back that I paid for services I never received.
