We bought this insurance because of the ASPCA name behind it. Our experience and the many bad reviews we have seen on the internet confirm that the company wants to get out of paying for any vet bills.

This is a really bad image for the ASPCA and you would THINK that they would be trying to intervene or to get with another insurance company other than one run by Petsmarketing- Hartville insurance.

We are still waiting over a month. We paid our premiums every month and sent in the bills. We more than met our deductibles and still nothing. These vet charges went on a credit card, so in the meanwhile the interest is mounting up. Just seems like a big rip off that preys on people who care about animals.

So how do I know that my contributions to ASPCA actually help pets? This experience gives me a bad feeling about the charity as well. We are seeing that other consumers do not get paid either, so our next stop is the Attorney Generals Office.
