ASSET ACCEPTANCE ripoff Nationwide

My ex-husband have a credit card with MBNA long time ago he went to gulf war and came back from there acting very strange my gess is that he was exposed to an orange agent or something. Well he is not mentally ok. I usually take care of everything relating to him, so be able to survive our economical situation I decided to stop paying this credit card. We do not live toguether but I receive all his mail in my house because of him not being ok. He live all over around. He move every two months. So a received a couple of letter from this company but believe me I can not afford my own debt. There is not way I can pay someone elses. I did no pay attention to them and finally they sent the sheriff to serve him.

This is his credit card not mine nothing to do with me it was his before we married. This company was asking the court to confirm an arbitration award. I made him to respond to the court denying the arbitration award and asking them to vacate it.

The reason not knowledge of this award as well as asking all kind of documents from this company to verify the validity of the debt. They are asking for $20,000 which probably he used $5000.00 of it the rest must be interest. But the case is that this company Asset Acceptance LLC. is going to be a month and has not provide any documents or anything that proof they have the right to collect or they have the legal rights to this account.

The account was sold twice to two different companies the last one is Asset. My doubt is that if he should file a motion to dismiss base on rule 41 of the code of civil procedure because of the plaintiff no prosecuting, or the plaintiff does no needs to prosecute because is an arbitration award and the plaintiff does not need to answer.
