I contacted AT&T and they told me that they do NOT use ASSETCARE as a credit agency and any time they look for any collection, the person's Social Security number along with a detailed bill is provided. And that we do NOT have any outstanding bills.We tried to contact this company and they just put us on hold for over 10 minutes.
We would like to know if this should be reported to the police
