ASSURANCE WIRELESS420 PROGRESS ROAD MATTOON, Illinois United States of America
ASSURANCE WIRELESS FALSE ADVERTISING MATTOON, Illinois
a friend of mine filled out an application the same time i did and she was approved the first time. i looked at her paper work and they were the same documents that i had sent in but i keep getting refused over and over again. They keep telling me to reapply again and again and to make sure i send in the proper paer work, and i know i have each and every time. this is really improper of them as they claim they7 have nothing to do with what ever paper work i send in that the agency they work through does.
i even had them tell me on about the 4th time i applied and sent paper work in that they never received it and i knew they were lying as i sent the paer work with tracking and where they had to sign for it and they still denied ever receiving the paper work. Assurance wireless is a BIG joke to people like me that are desperately needing a cell phone. They are falsely advertising making it sound so easy and simple to receive a cell phone when you have to jump through all these hoops and hassels.
