Joe Black from Assured Pardons of Canada took 325.00 from our credit card, over two years ago. He hadent called back in over a year, finally contacted us again in october 2011 asking for another 475 saying he was about to file the papers but needed this last payment. That is when we saw this was not right. We have sent him so much information on my husband. After the request we could not reach him for 3 months as we wanted receipts and such. He just called back after 4 months today February 2012 asking for the payment I googled Joe Black scam and got this site where others have been affected by him as well. I am going to police, credit card company and lawyer. We all need to contact each other and bring him down! He called today and I didint let on anything he will be calling back tomorrow.

My girlfriend is going through the exact same thing with this guy. Its been 2 years since she started hers and still nothing. Cant get a hold of this Joe Black. I was wondering if you have made any progress in this or if you have filed any action against him. We dont know really where to start but would like to get our money back or at the very least have him stopped.
