On the 22 September 2008 i was contacted by Vitoria Walker from Astar to tell me i been selected for a 2 week holiday for 4 people to Tampa Florida,my credit card was billed by $749.00 with $249.00 still out standing.

After finding out what the airfare is gona cost me,i realiced i will not be able to take up the offer,after sending a email and no reply i tried the phone no
with no luck.i understand i have 60 day's to ask for my money back,but how?

Im sorry but good luck getting your money back.

Hello I had seen your report and saw that you would like a refund for your money back. Well I used to work at ASTAR and they treat their customers like crap and their employees. All they are is about them. The reason the people you talk to on the phone pressure you so much is because if they make a sale they get a $50 bonus check paid to them the next day. Then what they like to do to their employees the next day when they think they have money coming to them, they'll tell them that their sale cancelled and then you wont get your bonus check which you know is complete crap because you see people on here always complaining on how they cant get their money back. But since theyre ignoring your emails and your phone calls theyre probably going to wait the 30 days that you have to refund your money and then they'll talk to you and say that its too late. But goodluck because I know for a fact that you are dealing with some real a$$holes.
