Brent has been in this type of "business" better known as a scam for many years. His last scam of this type involved Pan Am airlines and he was indicted on federal conspiracy, mail fraud and wire fraud charges and convicted. Here is a link to his appeal which was denied in that case :

It seems he did not learn his lesson the first time and is at it again now under the name of ATA Arizona llc. . Be warned of ATA Arizona llc. and keep a close watch on your frequent flyer miles and rewards if you are anywhere near Brent Marshall Oesterblad because he has been convicted and served time in federal prison already for defrauding customers of their hard earned rewards.
To my knowledge he has no direct ties with ATA airlines and only uses that name to make his scam sound legit.
