when you call the main office to speak to the managers, Kimberly Grossman, she is never in, and will not return calls. i then try to call to cancel my contract, and they deduct 3 service calls, including the one where they brought the wrong part, and the one where they changed the price to double of what i was quoted,then left,and instead of a refund of an unused service contract, they say i owe them for 3 service calls. i then called an independent service repair place, and they fixed it for 75.00, instead of the 225.00 Atlas services tried to charge me, with the service contract i have with them. all of the operators are nasty and unprofessional. They will not put any managers on the phone

Service Contract Refund Calculations

The Service Contract Industry is governed and regulated by the Florida Department of Finance. The Cancellation clause is the Florida Statute for our industry. Refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis, number of months remaining, less a cancellation fee, less any service calls, labor and parts provided. All Service Warranty companies are regulated and audited to make sure that they are calculated correctly. The refund was calculated according to the terms and conditions of the service contract. Atlas Services does not charge extra to come out. The contract covers service, labor and parts that are covered by the contract. The service contract outlines everything and hides nothing. Atlas Services does not charge double prices for parts, we charge what the market allows. Atlas Services does not have a co-pay on the contracts. Atlas Services performed according to the terms and conditions of the service contract.
