ATS quoted one price for shipping, then changed greater price; wrapped the cable package in brown paper taped with Scotch tape, shipped in an envelop; did not include a packing slip; charged additional amount but could not explain; sent the wrong cable; would not send the correct cable or refund payment; only available communication for resolution is by email; has ceased to communicate.

ATS quoted me on the phone and my card has been charged a higher amount.
Communicated with Matt Sheppard and Alex Muir. Cancelled the order, but was ignored and hung up on. Called my place of work where I placed the order from and harassed my employer. Was provided with a fake purolator tracking number that purolator confirms has not been issued. Told me that company who I previously ordered from was not an authorized retailer - when in fact ATS Systems is not.
Currently disputing charges and filing fraud report with police, BBU.Will not discuss, hang up phone, no transaction information sent to me to confirm - stay far away from this "merchant".
