Att likes to lure customers in for their sales, and yet cancel every and all order without fail or explanation. This is the type of email you might get. No reason, no response, no contact information! Nothing. This is false advertising and is wrong illegal and immoral. If an order is canceled there should be a clear reason why, a contact number, and for just human being common courtesy, a way to resolve. Stop companies like ATT in their tracks, report them. To receive the  benefits of a firesale (huge website traffic), and yet not follow through on their end, is wrong and illegal.

I couldn't have said it better than the previous commenter. It clearly says in your email the reason why they can't complete the order. All you did was post it for others to see your ignorance.

 Your b******* due to your own ignorance. The message is QUITE clear. There is an issue with your order. The reason they wish you to go to a corporate store is to ensure THAT YOU ARE ORDERING IT!!! And not someone tring to commit wireless fraud on your account. If they did not do this your post would be laced with profanity because THEY let SOMEONE ELSE put phones that were ordered online on your account. God I swear you really cant fix this level of stupidity!!

I cant believe you actually walk and talk...... The information is RIGHT THERE in the body of the email. Im betting there is not an ATT store near you and you will have to travel to get there. Get off your whining ass and head to the store. Until you resolve this issue with ATT they will CONTINUE to deny your web orders. Odds are that you moved recently and the NEW shipping address is not the same as the old address.

This is NOT a scam or a ripoff. This is yet another customer that can seem to post but can seem to read. It is NOT a bait and switch. You are using the term incorrectly. THEY are trying to ensure THAT YOU PLACED THE ORDER!! Instead of being the usual ignorant dipshit, one MIGHT think you would appreciate that they are attempting to keep your account secure. But NOOOOOOOO!!!! Dipshit jackass such as yourself seem to have a really hard time understanding BASIC concepts such as account security.

Take your whining elsewhere numbnuts. YOU HAVE NOT BEEN SCAMMED OR RIPPED OFF!! All they need is PROOF that you placed the order. ANYONE who has a small amount of information about you could hop online and place a fake order and YOU WOULD BE BILLED FOR IT!! And they wont buy that "You didnt place the order, durka durka" It would have been an order that would have been placed on your account and YOU would have to pay for it.

Do the WHOLE WORLD a favor and smack YOURSELF around a bit with a 2X4. Maybe it will let some air and light into the vacume that you call a brain pan. It is NOT wrong nor is it ILLEGAL to ensure that the right person who can make the ONLINE order is the right person making the order. All you have shown is YOUR IGNORANCE!! And guess what.....what you have done is LIE ON THE WEB!! You may not think too much of it, but the web is considered a MEDIA OUTLET. As such if ATT doesnt like the lies and SLANDER that you have posted they CAN go after you. See what you have done IS ILLEGAL!! ATT has some nice and nasty lawyers whos job it is to ensure ATT wins cases. How far do you think your uneducted, uncomprehending, (((REDACTED))) is going to fair against corporate lawyers.
