how to tell vendor from client

There is not much honor required to tell vendor from potential client. First all calls are timed anything over 13 seconds is a charged call. Although the problem with that it may take 30 seconds or more to tell what kind of call it is. Second it shows if the call is blocked or not and if the call was made in your area. Third you have the # so AT&T knows if it was from a business or residential and since my clients are all resenditial it's an easy call.
In short I have not tried to screw AT&T out of honest calls client have made to me but am trying to uphold the contract I made with them in not paying for vendors that call me.

That's easy...

When he gets his bill each month, he simply calls AT&T and tells them how many of those calls were potential clients...
It's the new AT&T honor system.
p.s. like cheating in highschool, don't go for an 'A' because they'll never believe you...you go for a 'C', maybe a 'B-' at best...you told them only one call all month was from a potential client??? ONE? even I don't believe you and it's not my pocket you're trying to cheat the coin from.... you gotta tell them it was like 10 or 20, make it seem real
p.p.s. if the one client call in a month thing is true? that's an epic business fail

How is ATT going to know whether a call coming in is from a "vendor " or a "potential client"?
