So its like they start stealing on your bill with extra charges and if they are caught they refund your money, if you dont notice them in your busy life you end up paying them.
Other Scam ATT does is when you upgrade your Phone they reset your Account settings. Like if you block international calling, block txt messages, 3rd party services they reset and make your account subscribe to these features. So with you knowing your service options are changed.
ATT is biggest scaming company with both the above issues. Be aware Guys, if not you will end up paying up unnecessary charges.
