I have being a AT & T customer for many years and when the contract was expired after 2 years my daughters at UC Davis decide to upgrade and bought another 4 AT&T phones from Sam,s club Vacaville, CA.


The salesmen at Sam,s said that there is a Rebate for $ 30 for each phone and we bouht 4 Phones. He even said that AT&T will wave off the upgradind fee of $ 18.00.


When the bill came we spoke to AT & T but said they can not offer the rebate  of $ 30.00.


 We are not satisfied with this Fraudulent Buisness practices from AT & T and Sam,s club  would like to have money back. MY phone # (510)710-3047.
