All calls are directed overseas, and most of the people do not speak english well enough to communicate. In the past year I ordered long distance service and also dsl. I have had to call repeated times to get the order done correctly. Their dsl service is down more than it is up.
I have the date circled for when the 1 year dsl contract is up and I will NOT be signing up for another round with these incompetent corrupt SOBs.
Do not have any dealings with this lousy company.
