ALRIGHT THIS IS FOR EVERYONE OUT THERE THAT GOT SCAMED BY THE SAME GUYS IN THIS AREA(BETWEEN SACRAMENTO AND SANFRANSICO), ONCE AGAIN SAME STORY SAME GUYS, SAME SPEAKERS. GOT SCAMED ABOUT 2WKS AGO AND GUESS WHAT, MY HUSBAND AND HIS TWO FRIENDS RAN INTO THEM YESTERDAY.
WELL FIRST MY HUSBAND PULLED IN THE GAS STATION WHERE THE TWO GUYS WERE TRYING TO SELL THE SAME SPEAKERS TO ANOTHER SUCKER, REALIZING IT WAS THE SAME GUYS HE CONFRONTED THEM DEMANDING HIS MONEY BACK. (WE PAID 300.00 FOR TWO) THEY CLAIMED TO NOT RECONIZE HIM. AFTER A SOME VERBAL EXCHANGES ONE THING LED TO ANOTHER AND NEEDLESS TO SAY THEY GOT IT GGGOOOOOOOODDDDD. HE THEN TOOK THE SCAMERS KEY'S TO THERE CAR SO THAT THEY COULD NOT LEAVE.
MEANWHILE COPS WERE CALLED SO THESE SCAMERS COULD BE REPORTED. WELL WHEN THE COPS SHOWED UP THEY TWISTED IT AROUND TO BE MY HUSBANDS FAULT FOR BUYING THIS MERCHINDISE. THEY SAID THAT IT WASNT ILLIGAL TO MARK THE PRICE UP ON STUFF. THAT SUCKS!!! MY HUSBAND EVEN TOLD THE COPS ABOUT ALL THE RIP OFF'S AND THE WEB SITE, STILL NOTHING, EVEN HAD THE NERVE TO ASK THE SCAMERS IF THEY WANTED TO PRESS CHARGES.
WHATEVER, SO JUST WANTED TO LET YOU ALL KNOW THAT HE GOT SOME PUNCHES IN FOR ALL OF YOU, AND TO PASS THE WORD AROUND DO NOT BUY STUFF FROM A TRUNK OF A CAR. ALSO IF ANYONE DECIDES TO TAKE FURTHER ACTION WITH A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT LET ME KNOW!

you were right. i wasnt told about the punches till after my rebut. i guess the lack of injury to the seller made it hard to believe. i was wrong, i only wish they had the sense to press the charges against your goon squad!!

don't be mad..to the person who put in a rebuttal. did your feelings get hurt or something, it seems like you took my claim a little to personal. Funny thing is everything I said is the honest truth, maybe your the one that my husband ran into.
Anyways these people ripping everyone off better watch it because by the looks of this web site people are catching on, and sounds like a lot of unhappy people would love to run into you guys!!!
************If anyone is intrested in filing a class action law suit let me know, it just so happens that my parents are attorneys in Fairfield and I work for them. I need at least 10-30 people to do this because of all the time and effort it takes.***************
