AURAVIE I looked on line at their product,did not submit any account info of mine and about 5 days later a trial package arrieved at my home. I called and emailed to cancel the order and found an additional $ Van Nuys, California

I looked at the Auravie website,did not submit any credit card info.5 days later a sample size order came in the mail. I was charged $1.93 and $3.02. I called and emailed a cancellation.On that same day they charged my account $97.88 and said it was for charge for the remainder of the sample order. They also used and offline account to charge my debit card. Where did they get this offline account and what is an offline account. Talked to them today, they will not refund my debit card,offered me $40.00 off of the $97.88 which I refused. I will be mailing the trial size back to them and disputing the charges to my account. I have contacted my bank and closed my account .
