AUTO FAIR FORD, INC. Bought our customer satisfaction survey back from us after it arrived in the mail five weeks after purchasing a new vehicle from them. The business manager went so far as to put this agreement in writing during the paperwork signing in the business office on the day we purchased our 2008 F-150 (LEMON).
It was almost frightening to see the business and sales manager swarming around us the afternoon we walked onto the showroom floor with the blank customer survey. It seemed more like some starving sea gulls that just spotted some fresh fish......than it did a business manager and sales manager that were overly anxious to get the blank document in their possession and check off all the "COMPLETELY SATISFIED" circles and write in their own names as employees that went the extra mile to make sure the customer was treated fairly.
This is a pathetic way to deceive Ford Motor Company, in their attempt at providing job security. With Ford stock presently sliding to an all time low, they are lying to Ford Motor Company about their sleazy business practices and customer satisfaction, before and after the sale? Why not treat the customers the way you claim to......on these documents you are buying back from new vehicle buyers and then you wouldn't have to forge their names and opinions on the surveys that Ford Motor Company is believing actually came from the new car buyer?
AUTO FAIR FORD, INC. can have their lawyers dispute this fact? Try to use the same lies and deception they use everyday in order to keep their jobs at that dealership.........but they cannot dispute the fact that their business manager was stupid enough to put this agreement in writing. "The pen is mightier than the sword" and this fraud is written out in their own hand. On the Customer Satisfaction Survey they forged.......and in their written hand ( by AutoFairs business manager that has been employed with them for seven years!)
In closing, it should be noted....."when we tried to get some relief with that same sales manager/business manager, regarding the states "Lemon Laws", those employees that flocked around us during the delivery of the Customer Satisfaction Survey......quickly became " grinning circus clowns" for they told us we already submitted your survey to FORD, all you can do now......is keep calling them and maybe if you keep hounding them, they might do something for you! " We don't build them, we only sell them. You sold your survey..and Ford isn't about to send you another survey!" " Cut us a check for eight thousand dollars and we'll give you another vehicle in trade." If you can't do that......looks like your out of luck!"
If anyone reading this is in the market for a new vehicle......avoid the circling flock of sea-gulls at AUTO FAIR FORD, INC. and drive five miles up the road to "UNIQUE FORD" in Goffstown for an HONEST car buying experience. We went there and the comparison was like comparing heaven and hell! You are bound to get burnt at AUTOHELL Ford!
