AVAS Flowers CAUTION CONSUMERS - DO NOT GET FOOLED BY THIS Internet

The person has since been buried and no flowers.
The worst part, called the company two days later and they hung up on me three times. On the forth try, I asked for a Supervisor who put my on hold for a significant period of time, came back to the phone, provided a confirmation number, address, and time they were delivered. Then contact family of deceased, no flowers ! Called the Funeral Director of the funeral home - no flowers.
Called credit card company to file dispute - and shortly thereafter........... an apology voicemail acknowledging NO FLOWERS.
SO THEY PROVIDED A PHONEY CONFIRMATION NUMBER, DELIVERY DAY AND TIME.
SO THEY ARE LIARS AS WELL.
CONSUMERS BEWARE OF AVAS FLOWERS - I DO NOT BELIEVE THEY ARE A REAL FLORIST COMPANY.
Worst part - no way of making up this missed opportunity nor the embarrasement.

This company is the worst

I ordered 12 peonies for my mother's 50th surprise party. When these flowers were delivered there were 10 dead roses in the box. I could not use these flowers...they were disgusting. And if you know anything about flowers, which I do, you know the value of these 10 dead roses are equivalent to the ones you get at the gas station...not $113 worth.
When I called customer service three times, each time they read off a pre-written response and basically told me I am screwed because the flowers have already been delivered so they can not issue a refund. Which, if you ask me, sounds like a policy only a guilty company who experiences this issue often would implement.
Save yourself the aggravation and just go to a local flower shoppe. You may pay more, but they will deliver as promised. Do not ever use this company.
