Have used their software for over 7 years.  Signed up for paid version which offers free tech support.  No provided.  They sent out according to their customer service rep's (I spoke with two of them) the update sent out by them was "corrupted" they wanted me to pay 19.99 for their tech support to fix the problem.  Hello! they sent out the bad information which crashed one of my systems.  They offered to send me out the links to fix it myself.  I have paid for the product on two computers at 49.99 each.  They refused refund on newest product because it was 2 days past the 30 days.  No refund would have been requested had not their corrupted update crashed the system.

Reps were very nice but the company policy is a complete and utter rip off.

If you are thinking of using this product or know anyone who is tell then absolutely not too!

If you are reading this please pass it on to your facebook and twitter friends as well.  Lets send a message time to stop ripping off the little guy - Lets force companies to honor their word.
