AVID LAW CENTER RIP OFF ARTIST Internet

Contacted AVID in February 2012 to "make sure we get the home modification"  When speaking with the contact, he claimed they went after the owner of the loan not the servicer...Sounded great, gave them 5 thousand dollars to start the legal process.  One year later, still sitting here.  They wanted more money, only went after Chase the servicer of the loan not the owner of the loan as we were told they would.  The response from the owner or attorney was that they never intended to go after the owner of the loan.  Then wanted me to sign something for an additional 395.00 per monthy to continue to "service" my modification.  I have not signed anything for them to do that yet they continue to call the bank and get updates..........when asked what was going on with the paperwork they so called "sent" Chase..........nothing, Chase did not respond at all to the AVID Law Center.....likely they never were going to.  Avid got my money, I got nothing absolutely nothing and am still in loan modification h**l.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!! THEY ARE AS BAD AS THE BANKS!

end of the day its January 2013  Nothing has been done with the loan.  Chase continues to stall and this so called AVID Law Center made off with 5thousand dollars.

I would love someone to put together a class action suit!
