First I have to say something positive about the company. When you ordered your free sample, your were told about Managed Care Direct (MCD as a plan to get more product. You were sold to and shilled to. They do it to everyone. So, at some point you agreed to the order or more product. I know this because they do record 100% of all calls, and they have a team of people that do nothing but listen to all sales calls to ensure the customer was told this. Sales agents are threatened with termination and suspension without pay if they fail to do so.
Okay, enough of that.
Now to help you.
One, call your doctor. Get him to fax a letter to the company stating that you are not able to take the product. Claim an alergy to an ingredient in the product. Most claim Black Kohash as it is a powerful blood flow ingredient. Once they recieve that, they WILL credit your account back.
Second, call you Credit card company. Dispute the charges. It is not the first time that this has happened, and it will not be the last. The company would be more than willing to work with you on this and fight for you to get your money back.
If you haven't done so yet, you HAVE to call customer care and cancel your account.
You can also go online to www.askberkeley.co and hit the Cancel Managed Care Direct link. It is located on the left hand side of the page. Both work just fine in canceling your account. Just make sure though that is you call in, you do NOT take them up on any offers. If you do, you WILL STILL be on a plan and WILL be charged further.
Good Luck!
