The report states that I said "They can't tell the difference" which too is false. I take quality very seriously, it costs more to fix a quality issue than it costs to simply make sure every order is filled with the highest quality possible.
Whoever posted this must be a disgruntled person that is for some reason trying to defame Azco and it's reputation with its customers. And, since the posting is accusing us of a crime this would be perse defamation!
We ship hundreds, even thousands, of products every year and have NEVER mislabeled or mishandled any Hazardous Materials. This is not to say we never have any quality problems, but, we have never had any quality problems with any Hazardous Materials! And, the quality problems we've had have been address and fixed so that we exceed ever customer's expectations!
