I agree because he say i can pay balance in 3 months but boss have to say ok.So i give 1 thousand dollars and say ok i will give you checks when i pick up car.I call and ask after 2 weeks and some lady answer phone when i ask for manager.she say no manager here but call back and can talk to owner.I can call back but another man answer phone and i ask for manager he says he new manager and i tell him i have my van there and i pick up he ask my name and tells me manager not here any more to call old manager in auburn.i call manager in auburn and i tell him what happens.he say hold and then tells me call renton back i call and man tells me i need to come in and do paper work i say what paper work and he says to get money.i say what money and i say you have my 1 thousand he say you fill paper work or if i dont he keep van.
i go in and some guy speaqk spanish to me and i say what you say and i tell him i here to pick my van up he say owner not here and call him he look like a mexican and try again to speak spanish i tell him no understand girl standing there laughing.he not nice very rude and tell me call auburn manager again i call again to auburn he put me on hold and say car will be ready in another 3 months because new manager in renton in now.my car still broken go back 3 times still not fixed have another shop put used transmission ok now thhis place when i take car back have 2 other people in office say car back many times this place very bad stay away manager only speak spanish and make you feel bad stay away bad place no fix tansmission only take money before fix car
