A FRIEND OF AMANDA SPIERING THE OWNER OF THIS PARTICULAR GARAGE, CONVINCED MY ELDERLY INLAWS TO TAKE THEIR 2002 KIA SPORTAGE THERE FOR A VALVE JOB THAT COSTED 1,574.00 WITH A 30 DAY WARRANTY, IT TOOK THEM 30 DAYS TO DO THE JOB WHEN THEY GOT IT BACK THE VALVES WERE RAPPING SO BAD IT SOUNDED LIKE SOMEONE SHAKING A SILVERWARE DRAWER VIOALANTLEY! I TOLD THEM THEY NEEDED TO COMPLAIN WHEN THEY DID THE OWNER TOLD THEM THEY NEEDED TO DRIVE IT 3000 MILES BEFORE THE MOTOR WOULD GET QUIET. WELL TURNS OUT THAT WAS TRUE BECAUSE @ ALMOST 3000 MILES THE HEAD GASKET BLEW SO WE HAD IT TOWED BACK THERE WHEN SHE CALLED MIKE THE MECHANIC THERE ABOUT IT HE SAID FIRST OF ALL HER WARRANTY WAS UP & SECONDLY THE WATER PUMP WENT SO IT WAS HER FAULT! SO I THEN CALLED TO QUESTION HIM ABOUT WHETHER OR NOT HE BOUGHT NEW HEAD BOLTS WHEN HE DID THE JOB IN THE FIRST PLACE HE HUNG UP ON ME WHEN I CALLED BACK TO ASK HIM WHY HE HUNG UP ON ME HE SAID WHY DONT YOU GET THE CAR THE F OUT OF HERE HOW IS THAT FOR A REASON!
