First,two yrs ago,they did not post a pmyt,paid Property taxes when they should not have(deferred disabled vet)Tax comm sent check back,they lost it,tacked on late fees,calling,threatening we owe large sums of money,we try to make arrangements,calls continued,we kept sending payments monthly,verifed by Credit union they were cashed,kept putting payments in suspense funds? we increased payments to no avail,filed a report with attorney generals office.they investigated and sent us report of all payments made.that was from texas.Afew months later we recieve corrspondance from Calif,they have sent six threatening letters in one day,that they are foreclosing on us,we called the numbers to make arrangements,we sent all info they wanted,said a modification would take a month to approve,today,1-23-09 a man taped a foreclosure on our door,it is just a copy,claiming that they will foreclose in may.i called atty gen office and she will not help me anymore,she said to go to non-profit orgs,to get help.these bloodsuckers have ruined our good credit now no co will look at us to refinanace we are so scared and mad the next step is a lawyer we have enough income to make our house pymts they keep raising the money they say we owe,but they keep cashing the pymts we send every mo. help!we are a retired military family we do not know where to turn we do not want to movethey all belong in jail,doing this to people .
