Aarons Sales And Leasing, Harrasing Phone calls about late payments, when we have paid on time every month Shawnee Oklahoma

We have been with Aarons since december of 2007. every thing was fine till I bought a computer which did not work from the start. Had a tech come out to our house and he could not fix it. They took it in and had it sent off to be rebooted and that took about three weeks. When we got the computer back it was all scratched up and had indents all over it as well. We sent it back to them and asked them to credit our account. We were suppose to get back a $120 dollar creditted to our other accounts.

Our accounts have been messed up ever since because they did not ever credit our other accounts. We have been getting harrassing phone calls about being late and now they are comming to our front door to collect payments and saying we are late. We have been making our payments on the second wednesday of every month since december 2007 and have never been late. The reginal manager was suppose to take care of this and has done absolutely nothing except harrass us. Every time I ask for the reginal manager to call me he never does.
