Untill my last payment was due all was good aloud to come in a few days later than due date on my payday to make payments . On last payment Brandon decided to call my reference #'s & job to tell them my personal business in detail. This has caused problems at my job , I & my boss have ask them not to contact me there anymore. Brandon uses "maphia" style talk when talking to me . I told him I would be in when I get paid friday he said he would call me @ all contact #'s so they could be sure I make my last payment , he says he has no problem coming to pick up my computer and keep it due to last payment being late, I could not come in on friday I would be in by 4:00 or he would come into my home & retreive his merchandise . I have the one final payment due , I told him I would love to come in today but would not be able to until friday. He yelled into the phone I will be in your home today you have to give me money today no other options his tone was very sturn & hateful. He did come to my home after I told him not to & I would not be home , my baby sitter has been instructed not to answer the door for anyone at all ever not just Aarons when Brandon arrived he beat the door frightening my 8 month old & baby sitter. I have told him he will not talk to me about acct. or come to my home anymore ever or I would press charges or get e p o against him. This company has given him a maphia style work ethic this is very wrong. I want people to know they don't have to put up with this. Again 1 payment till paid off, Brandon is harsh & demanding & threatening to me very disrespectful as a sales person, they need to send him for some type of training of people skills & tone him down his yelling & telling me he will get payment today is bad business. Very unhappy with Aarons 127 location in handleing this matter , they think its funny when told I didn't want to deal with this salesman any more, seems they put him on the phone & have fun cheering him on. Travis & Jason have been very kind & ask me to over look Brandons behaivor. Somehting needs to be done.
