This company is horrible. My family lost our home due to fire. I contacted Able to arrange temporary housing until our home was rebuilt. My initial call to them involved both price and timing as both were important to us. They promised to provide a mobile home within a week, which was much faster than the other companies I called. It took nearly a month for the mobile home to arrive, they jack-knifed it on my street, blocking traffic for 6 hours and making me miss work as they also block my driveway for that period. They made a terrible mess of my property, severely damaged my driveway, damaged several trees, and cut down a neighbor's tree that was "in the way." When they finally set up the mobile home(a week later) we moved in. The first time it rain, water poured in at every window. The floor began to issue forth strong mildew odor and the walls felt soft and cold. They finally brought in a contractor to look into the issues several weeks later. The contractor discovered Black Mold in the walls and found that the carpet was simply laid down on top of old disgusting carpet. He indicated it was not fit for human habitation so we had to move out for another 3 weeks until they brought in another mobile home. This time, they cut down one of my trees, a beautiful 60foot oak tree at the end of my driveway. They said that after the home was removed that they would fix all the damage and replace the tree. During our stay, we complained several times about the home both not being level and about the fact that they never tied it down as required by state law, neither were resolved. When they removed the home, the stopped returning our calls about the clean up and trees, they instead threatened to sue us for leaving it too messy (we paid a professional maid to clean the home, it was spotless), and for allowing the tires they left in my woods to be taken(which were taken by their own contractors). To date, no clean up has occurred and nothing has been repaired/replaced.
